The NEW WV Winter Garden & Chef dinners are a limited farm-to-table series with locally sourced foods, spices, and ingredients. Each dinner, will feature a local chef, creating unique dishes sourced regionally, including the Morgantown Winter Farmers Market.
Our January dinner featured the culinary talents of Chef Ian Israelsen who enjoys pushing the boundaries of the dining experience with exotic flavors and surprising yet scrumptious pairings. Thank you to those who attended. It was a magical evening.
